World Climate Day

We started our day learning about World Climate Day in assembly. The Schools Eco team discussed the causes of climate change and how it is affecting the world.

Back in class we researched climates around the world. We looked at Spain, Australia, New York, England, Jamaica, Antarctica and Greenland.
We talked about the effects climate change has on the world.

We have been able to understand Climate Change and the effects Global warming has on the earth. In the afternoon we created Global Warming leaflets that explained the causes, effects and how we help to reduce Global Warming.
Year 2 enjoyed learning about Climate Change.
