Year 3 Seahorses have been looking at the work of Banksy this week. We explored the infamous, anonymous artist’s work, saying what we liked and disliked about his most prolific work. We described how the art made us feel and which was our favourite piece of artwork.

 

We decided to re-create our favourite piece, carefully drawing and including lots of detail. We used pastels to add colour to our work and then evaluated what we had made. We suggested improvements for our work and talked about ways we can improve as artists in the future.
