For STEM week Year 4 have been thinking about the experience of space. We wanted to investigate what it would feel like to go into space and the different things astronauts experience when they are working on the International Space Station. 

In English, we worked in teams to plan an astronaut's journey using our senses to describe every step of the way. 

In Science, we watched clips from the space station including footage of British astronaut Tim Peake. We also carried out experiments to find out what has caused the moon to have craters, how rockets move and designed some rockets of our own with special features.
