This week Year 1 have been learning about the importance of the bible to Christians. We were very excited to have Reverend David Brooks come to visit us to talk about the bible and answer our questions.

The children came up with some very interesting questions such as 'Who wrote the bible?' 'What is the bible?' and 'How long ago was the bible written?'. They were very surprised to learn that the bible could have possibly been written 2000 years ago and there are 66 books that make up the bible.
