An amazing start to our dinosaur topic!

 The children found a mysterious and very large footprint. We had a discussion about whose it may be - some of them suggested it may of been mine at first. I quickly reminded them there were claw prints on the floor also. 

We became dinosaur detectives! Outside we found a range of clues to suggest that there had been a dinosaur on the school playground. It was very exciting! 

 We had a great time excavating and found some baby dinosaurs inside. We have put them on display in the classroom to see if they grow. There were eggs,fossils and bones and even a dinosaur head!
