Foundation Stage have enjoyed celebrating Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution Day.
We began the day by talking about foods that we can make and eat for breakfast that are good for our bodies. The children came up with lots of ideas such as toast, fruit and porridge!
We then selected a variety of ingredients to make our very own muesli. First we gathered our ingredients.
We needed oats and milk to form the basis of the muesli. We then used a variety of dried fruits, yoghurt or honey to top the museli for an extra taste kick!
We certainly surprised our teachers when lots of us enjoyed it! Many of the children said that they would definitely make this again to eat for their breakfast.
"It tastes so good and it's healthy for us!"
